Thank you for adding me to your interesting librairies!
Andrew, I love that - "chain-reads"! I seem to be revisiting the future world of Oryx & Crake in the new Atwood, but we're in the pleebs this time and she seems to be having a bit more fun with it this time (she's cranked the satire up a notch, I think). Best, Lois
Hi Andrew, Welcome to LT! Every now and again, I check the 'recent' list under the "Members with my books" list and then check a few new members out. Cute picture, btw. We have a nice list of books in common. What did you think of the latest Anne Michaels? And I see you list Michael Crummey as a favorite. I have read his poetry, which is very good, but have not read his fiction yet, though I do have River Thieves here in the house. And I see we share a Thomas Wharton, his "The Logogryph" was a favorite. I'm reading the forthcoming Margaret Atwood now; a dystopian satire, and she's having a little fun in this one, I think.

Well, I hope you will enjoy LT as much as I have over the last 2 1/2 years. Again welcome.
Best, Lois
